Join me for Zumba every Wednesdays and Thursdays at Canon Slade school Bolton.Wednesdays class is 7-8 and Thursdays class 8-9.It  is £3 a session and a way to get fit  and loose weight in a fun way.Call Laura on 07796411564 for details and to book your place.

N.B-This is a high energy and impact dance class.Minor injurys can be worked around and steps can be adapted for different fitness levels however if you have a serious medical condition or are pregnant this class may not be suitable.
